My dear friend bought me a cute set of pajamas this past winter when I told her I had been wearing the same clothes 24-7. Comfy stuff I could wear all day and also sleep in. This was a symptom of depression, and that gift helped. I started doing a nighttime routine and changing into my new pjs, in the morning, showering and getting dressed in real clothes. it's a small thing, but it makes a real difference.
